This site has been created for the benefit of OUR Community - to communicate important Information, to encourage Resident Interaction and provide a Smooth Construction/Improvement process for Owners.
All Residents/Owners must have an account to access internal community information. Our Resident Directory, for example, is ONLY VISIBLE to other Residents/Owners who have accounts. Accounts will not be created or granted access until they have been verified.
If you are a first-time visitor, there are two options to Login:
- If you received an email from us, an account has been pre-created using that Email Address as your Username. Please use the Forgot Password link and that Email Address to receive your first Password. You will receive an email to Reset (Create) your Password.
- Otherwise, use the Register link to create a new account. Select "Sagamore Property Owner" for your Membership Type.
Once logged in, please click on the
Your Profile link to update your profile. You can change your Username or Password and, most importantly,
Update Directory Preferences. This is where you decide to show your Profile information in the Resident Directory and what pieces of information to show. Remember, this will only expose your information to other Sagamore Community members - NOT the public.
