HOA/ARB Nomination Form

The Sagamore Owners Association (HOA) is led by a Board of Directors that has a minimum of five (5) members.  New Directors normally agree to serve 3 year terms.  Nominations are accepted all year long with new Board members installed by vote at the annual meeting. 
 
Our goal is to preserve and enhance the value of each property owner's investment and to differentiate Sagamore as the crown jewel of Noblesville. To best accomplish this, the HOA Board of Directors has designated the Architectural Review Board (ARB) as a standing committee formed to guide the design build processes.
