The Sagamore Community

Building Your New Home!

Congratulations on your decision to build in the Sagamore Community!  From start to finish, the Sagamore Architectural Review Board (ARB) will work with you to make the process work smoothly and expeditiously.  The ARB, in their review process, will not dictate any particular architectural style or hinder personal design preferences.  It will, however, strive to insure a cohesive character in the community.  Please review the Architectural Standards set forth in the Sagamore Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (Article X) and the Architectural Guidelines set forth by the ARB.

Here are the steps to realizing your dream:

  1. If you have selected one of the Sagamore Approved Builders (see list to right), proceed to step 3.
  2. If your chosen builder/contractor has not previously built a home in Sagamore, please start by referring them to the Approved Builder Application so they may be approved by the Sagamore ARB.
  3. Once you and your approved builder have created your Home Design, it must be submitted for review and approval by the ARB using the New Home Design Review form before it may be submitted for a Building Permit.
