The Sagamore Owners Association, Inc., an Indiana non-profit corporation, was organized and exists under the laws of the State of Indiana for the purpose of administering the Association as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for Sagamore. The
By-Laws of Sagamore Owners Association, Inc. were adopted at the first meeting of the Board of Directors in 2002 and Revised at a Special Meeting of the Association on Oct. 9, 2022.
The By-Laws are used to guide the board’s actions and decisions. They are helpful in preventing or resolving conflict and disagreements. The Bylaws are not static, and may be revised by a majority of a those at an Annual or Special Meeting to remain relevant and accurately reflect how the organization works.
